Wooden Nesting Doll Set

Symbol of fertility, Russian nesting dolls have always been considered an auspicious decorative item. Made of eucalyptus wood, our doll set is almost feather light. Each doll bears hand painted, colorful designs of flowers, a cat figurine and a womanly face. Carved in pinball shape, the dolls set consists of 10 pieces in descending size. Each doll can be split in two pieces from the middle and is hollow from inside. This way the larger doll can hold the smaller one inside it. The colors used on these dolls are non-toxic and the surface is covered with lacquer polish to prevent damage from water.
